These Terms of Service govern the use of the barprivate.fr website, published by GROUPE BP LLC (see the Legal Notice for full company details). By using the site, you accept these terms in full.

Barprivate is a free intermediation service for event organizers: it lets you send a privatization request to a bar, at no cost and with no account required. Barprivate does not own or operate the venues listed on the site.

Sending a request costs nothing and creates no obligation on your part. Requests are forwarded to the selected venue, which is entirely free to accept, decline, or propose different terms. A request is not a confirmed booking — only the venue's reply confirms it.

Barprivate never processes any payment. No card details or other payment information are collected on the site. Any amount owed (drinks, consumption minimum, etc.) is paid directly to the venue, on-site, under the terms it sets.

Reviews may only be submitted for an event that actually took place, tied to a genuine request sent through the site. Fabricated, incentivized, or unrelated reviews are not permitted.

Barprivate may moderate or remove a review that is abusive, defamatory, unrelated to an actual event, or in breach of these terms, including at the request of the venue concerned following a fact-checked complaint.

Barprivate acts solely as an intermediary. It is not a party to any arrangement made between you and a venue, and cannot be held liable for the conduct, availability, pricing, or quality of service of the venues listed, nor for the outcome of a request.

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Barprivate cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and its liability, where it applies, is limited to what is required by mandatory law.

If you are a consumer habitually residing in France, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of French law apply to you regardless of any clause below, in accordance with applicable international private law.

For all other matters and users, these Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time, notably to reflect changes to the service or to applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates the last update. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
