Barprivate collects the strict minimum needed to forward your privatization request to a bar: your first name, your phone number and the details of your event. No account, no password, no card details, no reselling of data, no targeted advertising.

When you send a privatization request: your first name, phone number, date, time slot, number of guests and event type. This data is used solely to forward your request to the relevant bar and to follow up with you about it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

When you rate an event: your rating, any comment you add, and your first name, in order to display a review on the bar's page. Legal basis: your consent, given when you publish the review.

When you use the site: your favorites and your request history are stored in your browser's local memory (localStorage), on your device. This information is never sent to our servers and disappears if you clear your browsing data.

The information in your request is shared with the bar you selected, so it can review and respond to it. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Requests are kept for as long as needed to process them and for any follow-up, and for a maximum of twelve months after the event date. Published reviews are kept for as long as they are displayed on the bar's page, and removed on request. Data stored in your browser remains under your control and you can erase it at any time.

The site uses no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no audience measurement tool. No consent banner is therefore required. Should this change, this page would be updated and your consent obtained beforehand.

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to the contact address above, specifying your request.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.

As GROUPE BP LLC is established in the United States, data from your requests may be processed there. These transfers are governed by the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation.
